Powergrip.fi - Web Shop Terms & Conditions

1. General Information on the Web Shop

Company name: Powergrip (Business ID: 2274308-3)

We operate according to Finnish law. We sell products to Finland and the European Union. A person who buys from our web shop must be adult. All prices include VAT (23%). We reserve rights to change product prices and shipping costs.

2. Ordering

Products are mainly ordered by using the shopping cart on our website. All orders are confirmed with an email that contains the cost of the order, shipping cost and products ordered. For getting an order confirmation, a valid email address is required. The customer must agree to our Terms & Conditions to be able to place an order.

3. Payment Methods

Orders are paid through the web services of Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. Additional information on payment methods.

4. Shipping Methods

We ship orders either through Posti or Matkahuolto in Finland. Shippings outside Finland are agreed case by case with the customer. Additional information on shipping methods (link to shipping methods).

In case a product that has been ordered is not available for some reason, we will inform the customer either by email or telephone. Colours and prints/stamps of products may differ from illustrations of the web shop. This is the case especially with dye-coloured discs that are individual.

5. Return Policy

According to the Finnish consumer rights legislation ”Suomen kuluttajansuojalaki”, the customer has a right to change or return a product in 14 days the shipment was received. This right is valid only for products in their original packages and products that are unused and in condition to be put on sale again.

Include the following information on the return shipment:

  • Order number, your name, your postal address, your email address and telephone number
  • Your bank account number (customers outside Finland: IBAN, BIC and the street address of your bank
  • A copy of order confirmation

A notification about an incorrect shipment must be made in 14 days the shipment was received. After the return of products has been handled and accepted, your bank account will be refunded.

6. Problems in Shipping and Defective Products

In case a product has been lost or damaged during its shipment, the customer must reclamate the operator responsible for the shipment. You can inform us about such a situation by sending an email to address sales@powergrip.fi. If our contribution is needed, we are glad to help you.
